In the Lab



The TVLab has various technologies available for students and faculty to use for presenting and experimenting with their projects. The Drones are available for Faculty and Students to rent post a provision of a Remote Pilot License. The Green Screen Kit is available for external use, while the rest of the lab inventory is free for use within the lab under the supervision of the Lab Director or a Research Assistant.

Beyond the Lab



The TVLab Resources stretch beyond the Lab Space itself. With certain time flexible spaces such as the Annex, and online resources such as the Source Materials page; Students have visualization tools available to them based on their requirement and timings.


TV Lab Annex


Starting from 2024, The TVLab launched a parallel space known as the TV Lab Annex. Introduced as a part of the Studio Reassembled Project at the Taubman College. The Annex allows students to use Lab Resources during flexible hours.

A compendium of Digital Resources and Software tutorials that can help students to understand and experiment with different visualization softwares.


New Commons Productions


The Official Youtube Channel of the TV Lab: The New Commons Productions records all the works and lectures done at the TV Lab by distinguished Designers and Researchers doing some groundbreaking work in Architectural visualization .
